A Twentynine Palms man was arrested early Sunday morning, accused of dealing meth and heroin. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies made a vehicle check near Joe Davis Drive and Utah Trail about 12:50 a.m. Sunday. During the check, deputies found that Justin Smith, 18, was in possession of methamphetamine and heroin, drug paraphernalia, and a large amount of cash. Justin Smith was arrested for investigation of possession of a controlled substance for sales, booked at the West Valley Detention Center with his bail set at $50,000.
