SUPER MOON MONDAY

0

A rare astronomical event will occur Monday when the moon will be closer to Earth than it’s been in almost 70 years. Known as a super moon, the moon hasn’t been this close to the earth since January 1948, and won’t be this close again until November 2034. The moon will actually reach its full phase at 5:52 a.m. as it is setting Monday morning. Moon rise Monday night is 5:29 p.m. You may want to watch the moon rise Sunday as well; Sunday’s moon rise is 4:40 p.m.
