Herbalist and Wellness Consultant Charla Shamhart will present Part 3 of her four-part class series on the home natural medicine chest and emergency medical kit. During this class, Shamhart will demonstrate how to use traditional super foods of the world as medicine. The class will be held on Saturday, March 2, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at Rainbow Stew, 55509 Twentynine Palms Highway in Old Town Yucca Valley. While there is no set fee for the class, there is a suggested donation of $10.
