The Sunset Rotary Club of Yucca Valley recently presented two checks to two Morongo Basin non-profit organizations. The Boys and Girls Club of the Hi-Desert received a check for $15,000. Morongo Basin Ambulance received $2,000 in order to purchase an intravenous pump to use when transporting critical care patients. The club raised the funds at its very successful 16 th annual Dessert Soiree, held last month at the Boys and Girls Club.
