The 2019 Innovators Water Summit Essay Contest asks high school students to create a detailed plan on how to ensure the stability and longevity of the State’s water supply; including addressing various water-related problems while also taking into consideration the State’s unforgiving climate, vast population, and varied topography. The contest is open to all high schools within the Morongo Unified School District. The student with the winning essay will receive a $3,000 scholarship and two runners up will each be given a $1,000 scholarship. The deadline to submit is November 19.
