STONEWALL RIOTS TO BE REMEMBERED IN JOSHUA TREE TOMORROW

BoxoHouse and the Art Queen complex in downtown Joshua Tree will hold a remembrance ceremony Saturday to commemorate the Stonewall riots that began the gay rights movement, and to honor those killed in the Orlando shootings two weeks ago. The event begins at 3 p.m. and goes until late. The event will include art showings in the annex gallery, a fashion show, live music, dance, and a free showing of the film “Stonewall” at 10:30 p.m. For a complete schedule, see this story at z1077fm.com.
