Enter the framework of famous paintings and experience art like never before in “Framed: Step into Art” at the Hi-Desert Nature Museum in Yucca Valley. This exhibit invites children inside the art experience. As visitors play and move through the exhibit, they are challenged to ride a giant chicken, set up camp in the Canadian Rockies, and prepare dinner for a group of hungry farmers. The exhibits are accompanied by information about each artist, and provide conversational prompts that provide children and adults to discuss and learn to appreciate their own, as well as others’ opinions of art.
