STATE WATER BOARD TO DISCUSS MARINE BASE WATER TREATMENT THURSDAY

The Colorado River Basin Regional Water Quality Control Board will discuss a couple items of local interest at its next meeting on Thursday, September 15, starting at 9 a.m. The board will discuss waste discharge requirements for the Combat Center’s Mainside wastewater treatment facility in Twentynine Palms. The board will also hear an update on the sewer system project in Yucca Valley. The meeting will be held in the board room, 73-720 Fred Waring Drive, Suite 100, in Palm Desert.
