The State Water Resources Control Board will accept comments on a Basin Plan Amendment for the Colorado River Basin Region until noon on November 27. The amendment includes the septic prohibition in Yucca Valley. Comments on the amendment should be sent to [email protected] and must be received by noon November 27.
