The Basin Wide Foundation’s first annual State of Education address will bring together leaders in education from both local and county school districts to share how they are working together to improve opportunities for Morongo Basin students. Guests include San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools Ted Alejandre, Morongo Unified School District Superintendent Tom Baumgarten, and Copper Mountain Community College District Superintendent and President Jeff Cummings. The event will include special performances from local students. This event is open to the public, but seats are limited and preregistration is required. The cost for lunch is $20.
