The candidates for state assembly will be on the Z107.7 “Up Close” show tomorrow. Managing Editor Tami Roleff says this will be the only time the two will face off…
The two candidates for California’s 42nd Assembly District, Republican Chad Mayes of Yucca Valley, and Democrat Karalee Hargrove, of Twentynine Palms, will appear on the Z107.7 FM “Up Close” show at 10 a.m., Friday, October 10. The show will open with two-minute opening statements by each candidate. Listeners will then be able to call in with their questions—which must be able to be answered by both candidates. Host Gary Daigneault will add queries about statewide issues, such as water, education, and high-speed rail. The show will close with a two-minute closing statement by each candidate. The candidates’ forum will air live on Z107.7, be streamed live at z1077fm.com, and will be available as a podcast on iTunes.
And this reminder, Z107.7 will host a Twentynine Palms candidates’ forum from 6 to 8 p.m. at Theatre 29 tonight.
