ST. JOSEPH’S PLAYERS OPENING NIGHT GALA “BROADWAY BOUND” BENEFITS TWO CHARITIES

The St. Joseph’s Players community theater in Yucca Valley opened “Broadway Bound” with a benefit gala performance. Two local charities benefited from the performance: The Gladys Carol Scholarship Program and Relay for Life. The scholarship program raised over $1,700 and Relay for Life raised $600. The opening night audience was extremely receptive to the comedy/drama. The show runs two more weekends and the cast includes: Vincent Thomas, Cyrus Short, Howard Cohen, Rebecca Havely, Bob Noble and Shelly Sheckler.

“Broadway Bound” performs Saturday evenings at 7 p. m. and Sunday afternoons at 2:30 through June 5. St. Joseph’s Church is located at 56312 Church St. in Yucca Valley. For tickets call 760-362-9319.
