ST JOSEPH’S PLAYERS ANNOUNCE CAST OF “BROADWAY BOUND”

The St. Joseph’s Players community theater in Yucca Valley has cast the following as members of the Jerome family in the autobiographical comedy “Broadway Bound.” Comedy writer Eugene Jerome, the central character, will be played by Vincent Thomas. His brother and writing partner, Stanley, will be played by Cyrus Short. Their father, Jack, will be portrayed by Howard Cohen, and their mother, Kate, by Rebecca Havely. Kate’s sister Blanche will be played by Shelly Sheckler. Grandpa Ben will be played by Bob Noble and Sue Kelly will make a cameo appearance as Grandma. Rehearsals will get underway at the end of March. The show opens in May. Seats are from $9 to $11. Tickets may be reserved now by calling the box office. Ask about our two show special.
“Broadway Bound” will perform Saturday evenings at 7 p. m. and Sunday afternoons at 2:30 from May 14 through June 5. St. Joseph’s Church is located at 56312 Church Street in Yucca Valley. For tickets call 760-362-9319.
