The 29 Palms Art Gallery will hold its Second Annual Spring Art and Craft Faire on the first day of spring, Saturday, March 20, from 9 to 4. About 30 vendors will offer an assortment of artwork and high-end crafts to appeal to art collectors and casual shoppers. New this year is a plein air paint-out and auction. Selected artists will paint in three locations, then return to the 29 Palms Art Gallery with their finished paintings at 1 p.m. Bids on the art will be taken until 3:00. Proceeds of the art auction sales will be split between the artist and the gallery’s education program. The 29 Palms Art Gallery is located at 74055 Cottonwood Drive.
