“Live From Joshua Tree,” a fundraiser benefitting the Mil-Tree Veteran Project, is currently seeking sponsors. The event will feature seven spoken word artists sharing desert stories and songs and will be available for live streaming on Sunday, April 18, at 7 p.m. Hosted by Mil-Tree Founder Cheryl Montelle, the performers include Kim Stringfellow, Ken Layne, Miri Hunter, Ted Quinn, Elise Kost, and Kate McCabe.
