Facilitator Valerie Eagle Heart commences her workshop Saturday July 21st 11 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at Rainbow Stew, with a guided meditation that is sure to discover and awaken. After the journey, participants will embellish a Spirit Doll with materials provided, or bring their own feathers, beads and ribbon decorations.
