SPECTACULAR MESSIER OBJECTS AT SKY’S THE LIMIT STAR PARTY

Sky’s the Limit Observatory and Nature Center invites stargazers to enjoy deep sky discoveries in the spring sky. Reporter Tanisha Cureton gives the details…
Charles Messier discovered many great deep sky objects in the northern skies in the late 1700s. Stargazers will be able to enjoy some of the best of Messier’s discoveries such as the galaxies between the Leo and Virgo highlights. This free public event starts at 7:45 p.m. and will last around three hours on Saturday, March17. The Observatory is at 9697 Utah Trail in Twentynine Palms, just outside the main entrance to Joshua Tree National Park.
