The Hi-Desert Water District board of directors will hold a special meeting at 5:00 tonight. The two items on the agenda include a comprehensive annual financial report, and a request to approve a $74,000 contract for environmental support services for Phases 2 and 3 of the sewer project. The meeting will be held in district offices at Inca Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
