The Special Education Local Plan Area’s community advisory committee will meet at noon, Thursday, November 21. SELPA Program Manager Kathi Papp will provide basic information related to special education and the development of an individualized education program. The community advisory committee consists of teachers, parents, and community members who are concerned about the educational needs of disabled youth.
