The Special Education Local Plan Area’s community advisory committee will meet at noon, Thursday, January 16, at the new Joshua Tree Elementary School. The community advisory committee consists of teachers, parents, and community members who are concerned about the educational needs of disabled youth. The program will be on promoting positive behavior in children, and practical solutions for caregivers and educators when the child behaves in a challenging manner.
