The Special Education Local Plan Area of Morongo Unified School District is holding a meeting of the Community Advisory Committee noon Thursday, at the new Joshua Tree Elementary School. The CAC consists of teachers, parents, school staff, and community members concerned with the educational needs of disabled youth.
