Spankshaft, a local Joshua Tree band, will hold the first of its two concerts at Tortoise Rock casino tonight, Saturday, July 12. Spankshaft is a six-piece pop-ska-punk band that has won several local band concerts. The free concert will be held outside the casino and is set to start at 8:30 p.m. Spankshaft has been booked for a second concert on Friday, August 15.
