A spaghetti dinner tomorrow evening will benefit a newly formed Yucca valley theatrical troupe. Special correspondent Les Taylor tells you how to support the St. Joseph’s Players…

The newly formed St. Joseph’s Players in Yucca Valley will host a Spaghetti Feast on Saturday, May 25, to help raise funds to launch their debut production. Open to the entire Morongo Basin area, the event is being held at the St. Joseph of Arimathea Church at the corner of Onaga Trail and Church Street in Yucca Valley from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Meal tickets will be available at the door for a suggested donation of $8 per person, $14 per couple or $25 for a family of four or more, cash only please! The menu features salad, garlic bread, spaghetti and meatballs and a yummy dessert. There will also be a raffle and prizes and you need not be present to win. “Steel Magnolias” is planned as the group’s first production and Z107-7 will have more details on the cast and ticket availability in a future newscast. So help our area’s newest theatre company get off the ground by attending this fundraising event. For more information contact Rebecca Havely at 760-702-2194.
