It’ll be a busy weekend at Rainbow Stew.
Feel good from the inside out with a sound bath. Rainbow Stew will hold a sound bath using quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan prayer bells, song pods, and more. Bring a pad, pillow, and water; please, no small children, pets, or cell phones. A suggested donation is $10. The sound bath will be held on Saturday, October 27, at 1:30 p.m. at Rainbow Stew, on the south side of the highway in Old Town Yucca Valley. To reserve your spot at the event,

The Yucca Valley Flute Circle will meet Saturday (October 27) from 4 to 6 p.m. at Rainbow Stew. All who are interested in playing or learning more about the traditional Native American flute are invited to come learn from other flute players and to share music. The “I Heart Myself” comedy improv workshop is all about playing, learning, and, of course, laughing. The workshop focuses on self-awareness through improv games, exercises, journaling, comedy, and much more. Learn to silence your inner critic, build trust, listen well, adapt to changes more easily, and to get comfortable thinking on your feet.
