Feel good from the inside out with a sound bath. Rainbow Stew will hold a sound bath using quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan prayer bells, and more. Bring a pad, pillow, and water; please, no small children, pets, or cell phones. A suggested donation is $10. The sound bath will be held 2:30 p.m. tomorrow, December 17, at Rainbow Stew, on the south side of the highway in Old Town Yucca Valley.
