SOME HALLOWEEN SAFETY REMNDERS

Halloween is this Saturday. Reporter David Knutson says while it is a lot of fun, there are some reminders to keep it safe…
Halloween is a fun holiday enjoyed by many, but without the right precautions, serious issues can arise. Remember, Halloween parties are always safer than trick-or-treating, but if you do choose to trick-or-treat, stay in your neighborhood, visit only people you know, and avoid streets that are poorly lit. Plan your entire route, never go alone, only accept treats at the door way, and most importantly, an adult should check ALL wrapped and unwrapped candy before consumption. If any treat is suspicious, you should contact the police department for further guidance. Have a safe and fun Halloween night.
