Twentynine Palms Parks and Recreation Department, and coaches Megan Pfau and Nathan Niles, present Micro Strikers mini soccer camp for ages 4 to 8, and youth soccer camp for ages 9 to 15 on July 24 and 25 in Luckie Park. Micro Strikers will expose younger children to soccer by teaching them: how to pass a ball; field positions; soccer rules; and more. Micro Strikers camp for ages 4 and 5 will be held from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Ages six to eight train from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The cost is $10 for one day and $20 for two days. Youth soccer camp is from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. The cost is $20 for one day and $40 for both days. Bring a soccer ball, sun screen, water, and shin guards.
