Calling all stargazers! Sky’s The Limit Observatory and Nature Center hosts one of their popular star parties this coming weekend. Reporter Heather Clisby has details…
Sky’s The Limit Observatory and Nature Center is once again hosting a star party on Saturday, September 29. With numerous telescopes set up for viewing Venus, Saturn, Mars, and the Moon, the event begins around 7:30 p.m. and goes until approximately 9:30 p.m.
This free public event takes place at The Observatory on Utah Trail in Twentynine Palms, just outside the north entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. As always, attendees are encouraged to bring a red flashlight to preserve night vision and to take care with car headlights when entering and exiting the grounds.
