SIGNS IN JOSHUA WILL DIRECT NATIONAL PARK VISITORS TO TWENTYNINE PALMS ENTRANCE

This weekend is expected to be a busy weekend in Joshua Tree National Park, due to the federal holiday of Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday. The city of Twentynine Palms has placed digital signboards along the highway west of Joshua Tree advising motorists of long delays at the Joshua Tree entrance and to continue to the Twentynine Palms entrance, where the wait to enter the national park is expected to be much shorter.
