Sign-up for the Twentynine Palms Dungeons & Dragons Club, first campaign begins January 16

The City of Twentynine Palms Parks & Recreation Department is excited to announce the launch of its new Dungeons & Dragons Club, inviting teens ages 12 to 17 to embark on weekly fantasy adventures and collaborative storytelling.
This club offers a fun, inclusive, and imaginative environment where local youth can explore the world’s most popular tabletop role-playing game. They club will meet every Friday at 5:00 p.m. at Patriotic Hall in Twentynine Palms.
Registration is open on https://twentyninepalms.recdesk.com/Community/Program until December 31, with a $56 registration fee that includes all sessions and materials. The program features a 10–12 session campaign beginning January 16, led by an instructor who will guide participants through the fundamentals of gameplay—character creation, teamwork, problem-solving, and shaping the story through their choices and dice rolls.

Throughout the campaign, players will travel through new worlds, overcome thrilling challenges, and build their own heroic tales. Each participant will also create a personalized character miniature and receive their own set of dice to use during sessions and keep as a memento of their adventure.
“We’re thrilled to provide a creative and collaborative program that encourages imagination, teamwork, and storytelling,” said the Twentynine Palms Parks & Recreation team. “Dungeons & Dragons is a great way for teens to connect, make friends, and explore new skills in a fun environment.”
Spaces are limited, and early registration is encouraged.
