The Grubstakes Run is open to experienced and novice athletes of all ages and fitness levels. While the 10K and 5K runs are timed competitions, the 2K walk is a non-competitive event. Both races and the walk will take place Sunday, May 27 beginning at 8 a.m. at the Yucca Valley High School football stadium, 7600 Sage Avenue. Early birds who register on or before May 17 will pay $20 per person, get express check-in at the race, a souvenir race T-shirt and gift, and are automatically entered into a door prize drawing. Regular registration will begin May 18th at $25 per person with on-site registration also being accepted on race day from 7 to 7:45 a.m.
