SHUTOUTS FOR TWENTYNINE PALMS TENNIS

The Twentynine Palms High School boys’ and girls’ varsity tennis teams traveled to Banning to face the Broncos on Tuesday. The Wildcat boys and girls both shut out Banning, 9-0. The Wildcats boys are now 10-3 and the Ladycats are now 11-2. Both teams are currently in second place in league. The Wildcats travel to Yucca Valley today.  
In doubles action, the Wildcat boys doubles team of Hunter Branch/Daniel Hunyh, Jonray Mendoza/Troy Silva, and Nhan Nguyen/Brayden Chambers won their doubles matches. The Wildcats boys Daniel Huynh, Hunter Branch, Troy Silva, Jonray Mendoza, Brayden Chambers and Nhan Nguyen each won their singles match.
The Ladycat double teams of Mariah Banerjee/Madi Soster, Isabel Plummer/Natalie Plummer, and Anaid Montero/Makenna Whitfield won their matches. 

In singles action, Mariah Banerjee, Anaid Montero, Makenna Whitfield, Kayla Lambert, Isabel Plummer, and Natalie Plummer each won their singles games.
