San Bernardino County is holding an open community forum about short-term vacation rentals and their impact on area today at 4:30 p.m. The forum is one part of a larger study about the impact of short term vacation rentals being conducted by the county.
The County’s Housing Element announced yesterday (July 20) that they will undertake the study, which is planned to evaluate the impact of vacation rentals on the county’s long-term rental housing market in both the desert and mountain areas of the county.
