SHERIFF’S WOMEN’S WARRIOR CHALLENGE IS BACK

Are you up for the challenge ladies? The Women Warriors fitness challenge, sponsored by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, is back October 8. Women can compete in the individual challenge, team challenge (for three to six women), and team challenge for sworn law enforcement personnel. These physical fitness challenges include a pursuit and rescue course, a 400-yard dash and push-ups and sit-ups. Individual competitors can choose to compete in one, two, or all three events. Teams will compete in all three events. In addition, there will be a co-ed 5k Fun Run with the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Academy Class for men and women, age 18 and over. Donate $10 or more for Public Safety Peer Support Association and get an event t-shirt. The event will be held October 8 at the Sheriff’s Academy in San Bernardino.
