Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a burglary in which thieves stole brand new appliances from a home under renovation in the Rimrock area of Yucca Valley. About 10:30 a.m. Monday, the owner of a home in the 2600 block of Curtis Road arrived to find that $10,000 in new appliances had been stolen off the home’s front patio. The appliances were still in their boxes and had been wrapped to the pallets they were delivered on. Anyone with information should call the Sheriff’s Department at 760-366-4175.
