A Yucca Valley man was arrested Saturday, after a deputy said the man pulled a knife on him. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies were called to Walmart just before midnight Saturday because a man, later identified as Danny Spicer, 34, was trespassing in the store. Spicer had been banned due to prior thefts from the store. The deputy found Spicer inside the restrooms attempting to conceal items from the store. The deputy ordered Spicer to come out of the toilet stall with his hands up. When Spicer emerged, he pulled out a dagger from his waistband and held it out in front of him. The deputy ordered Spicer to drop the knife at gunpoint, at which time, Spicer put the dagger back into a sheath on the belt of his pants. Danny Spicer was arrested for investigation of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, booked into the West Valley Detention Center, with his bail set at $25,000.
