SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT PLANS TWO NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH MEETINGS LOCALLY

The Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Station will hold two Neighborhood Watch meetings next week. The first one will be held in the Yucca Valley Senior Center on Monday, March 21, with a meeting in Twentynine Palms in the Community Services Building on Wednesday, March 23. Both meetings will start at 6:30 p.m. Learn how to start a neighborhood watch in your area, tips on safety, security, how to report suspicious activity, local social media information, online resources, and about becoming a Sheriff’s Department volunteer.
