A 16-year-old girl walking to school in Yucca Valley Wednesday morning is just the latest potential victim who was approached by a suspicious male, and the Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in finding him. The man, identified as being either a white or Hispanic male, age 20 to 40, approaches women and young girls who are walking or jogging by themselves and offers them a ride. So far the females have all been able to get away from the man and report the incidents to police. The man’s vehicle is described as either a faded brown or tan SUV or station wagon-type vehicle, with a roof rack.
