On Tuesday (February 25) at around 12:30 a.m., Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for the unlawful setting of a fire.

A witness told Z107.7 that a “molotov cocktail” had been thrown over a fence and into the backyard of a home in the 7800 block of Emerson Avenue in Yucca Valley. The witness said the device started a fire and burned a patch of dirt and plants. The fire was quickly extinguished without damage.
