The Sheriff’s department is asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating an adult male who attacked and injured a 14 year-old walking home from school.
The Sheriff’s Department says that on Thursday (March 6) at around 2:15 p.m. a 14 year-old male was walking home from school near the intersection of Sunnyslope Drive and La Buena Tierra Avenue in Twentynine Palms when he was attacked by an adult male.
The student was knocked unconscious and sustained multiple injuries to his face, head, and neck. Medical aid was provided at the scene of the attack, and he was taken to a local hospital for further medical treatment.
The Sheriff’s Department describes the suspect as a black male adult, approximately 30-40 years of age. He was further described as wearing a burgundy hoodie, jeans, and black sneakers.
