Firefighters were called to a fire in Landers at 5:13 this morning. County Fire Battalion Chief Bob Evans said a shed and vehicle in the 56700 block of Reche Road were fully involved in flames when they arrived. The blaze threatened a nearby house, but fire crews were able to prevent it from spreading. The cause is under investigation.
