Rodney Anthony Paulino, a 33-year resident of Yucca Valley, died at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs on July 30, 2015. He was 49 years old.
He was the son of Arthur Gogo Paulino and Rosalind Mendiola Quitugua Paulino born March 11, 1966 in Afame Sinajaña, Guam.
He was a plumber with J.D. Mechanical Plumbing for 11 years and the owner of RP Maintenance.
His interests were his kids and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Arthur Gogo Paulino and Rosalind Mendiola Quitugua Paulino, son Michael Anthony Valdez and brothers George and Albert Paulino.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Ables-Paulino of Yucca Valley, his children, John Camacho, Rodney Paulino II, Arthur Paulino, Jason Paulino, Margaret Paulino, Cathyleen Paulino, Isabella Paulino and Nicholas Paulino, and his step-children, Abby Castro and Victoria Castro.
He is also survived by four sisters and four brothers, and his 10 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, August 8, at Joshua Springs Calvary Chapel, 57373 Joshua Lane, Yucca Valley.
The service will be officiated by Pastor Jerel Hagerman.
