Charles “Charlie” Douglas, a 44-year resident of Twentynine Palms, passed away last Tuesday, April 12. Douglas was 65 years old, and leaves behind several grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and great grand-children. Douglas served in the United States Marine Corps for 20 years, and worked in United States Civil Service for 23 years. A service for Douglas will be held tomorrow (April 20) at noon at Luckie Park, with the United States Marine Corps officiating.
