Reach Out Morongo Basin is sponsoring a class on how to prevent falls. The free class will be held at the Yucca Valley Senior Center on Thursday, March 7, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Participants will learn about risk factors, tips for home safety, a simple exercise program, and an introduction to other area resources to increase your strength and balance.
