Learn self-defense at a class sponsored by the town of Yucca Valley. Instructor Norm Rose will teach a 2 ½ hour hands-on lesson Saturday, October 14 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the Yucca Valley Community Center. The class will include demonstrations, instruction, and lecture, and is open to students age 14 and up. The cost is $15, or free with a current student ID. Space is limited, so early enrollment is suggested. Register online at yucca-valley.org.
