The Town of Yucca Valley is sponsoring a two-hour self-defense class geared specifically toward women of all ages. Instructor Norman Rose has a black belt in Ketsugo jujitsu and will include instruction, demonstrations, and lecture. Students will pair up to practice and should wear comfortable clothing and no jewelry. Class size is limited to 10 students, so early registration is encouraged.
