SEED BANK AVAILABLE TOMORROW FOR DOCENT MEETING AT JBWD

The Joshua Basin Water District is inviting new and returning volunteer Docents to come together to revisit seed propagation efforts and to discuss the March native plant sale (the proposed plant inventory) and the free seed/plant swap event.

The “seed” bank will be made available for those needing more seeds–or wishing to begin to dabble in the art of Wildcrafting, and more training will be shared on ethnobotany (historic uses) of additional native plants.

The meeting will be held tomorrow (January 21) at the District Office in person from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., so the JBWD is asking that those interested RSVP in advance should plans change and that you bring a chair if attending the meeting. Contact Kathleen at [email protected] for more information.
