SECURE BALLOT DROP OFF, VOTING LOCATIONS

The City of Twentynine Palms and the Town of Yucca Valley say they have seen a huge increase in mail-in and drop off voting. There are 24-hour ballot drop off boxes located at the Twentynine Palms City Hall (6136 Adobe Road) and Yucca Valley Town Hall (57098 29 Palms Highway). The boxes are bolted securely into cement designed with security features and under 24-hour video surveillance. Ballots are picked up regularly.

Ballots can also be delivered in person to the Registrar of Voters office in San Bernardino (located at 777 E. Rialto Avenue) on or before 8 p.m. on Election Day. Its hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day. There is also a 24-hour mail ballot drop box available at the office location.

Voters can also vote in person, beginning Monday, October 26 through Friday, October 30 at the Joshua Tree Community Center, (6171 Sunburst Street in Joshua Tree). Hours for early voting are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
