The Joshua Tree Art Gallery will hold the opening reception for its first group art show of the season during the Joshua Tree Second Saturday Art Crawl on Saturday, September 13. In addition, the Six Chicks (plus two) are back at the former Six Chicks Gallery, now named Gallery 62, on the east end of downtown Joshua Tree. The opening reception for both galleries is set for 6 to 8 p.m. September 13. JTAG is open 10 to 3 Saturdays, and noon to 3 on Sundays, or by appointment. Gallery 62, a cooperative fine art gallery of the Morongo Basin Cultural Arts Council, is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11 to 5.
