SECOND PERSON GOES MISSING, SHERIFF’S ASK FOR ASSISTANCE

A second elderly, at-risk person has gone missing. The Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a Johnson Valley woman. About 9:30 Saturday morning, Rene’ Dusko, 58, walked away from a home in the 49000 block of Joshua Tree Road in Johnson Valley and has not been seen since.

Her family believes she may have tried to walk to Yucca Valley. Rene’ Dusko is described as Caucasian, 5 feet, 3 inches tall, 170 pounds, with hazel eyes and gray and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a gray and greed faded T-shirt, with red or green shorts. Anyone with information about Rene’ Dusko, who may have mental issues, should call the Sheriff’s Department at 760-366-4175 and refer to case number 091400679. Oscar Nava, 75, who walked away from his home in Yucca Valley May 12, is also still missing.
